Monument or Colorado Springs?
This is the first question almost every relocating client asks me. Both are beautiful places to live. The right answer depends on your commute, your schools and how much space you want around you.
| Monument | Colorado Springs | |
|---|---|---|
| Feel | Small town, pine forest, big skies | A full city with every kind of neighborhood |
| Schools | Lewis-Palmer District 38 | Several districts, including Academy District 20 |
| Commute | Minutes to the Air Force Academy north gate | Shorter drives to Fort Carson, Peterson, Schriever and the hospitals |
| Homes | Larger lots, acreage, custom homes | More choice at more price points, from Northgate to Flying Horse |
| Watch for | Wells, septic and winter driving on Monument Hill | Metro district taxes and HOA rules in newer communities |

My physician relocation program
Physicians don't have time for a long, drawn out home search. Your start date is fixed, your schedule is unpredictable, and you need to be settled before your first shift. My physician relocation program is built around exactly that.
I've helped doctors relocate to and sell from the Air Force Academy, Fort Carson, UCHealth and Penrose, as well as private practices across Colorado Springs and Monument.
Request the Luxury Physician Experience
I share the full program privately: a personal video walk through, how I plan your move around your start date, and the lenders I trust for physician loans.

- Relocation support: neighborhood insight, school research by address and lifestyle fit
- A vetted team: physician loan lenders, luxury stagers and movers who understand your schedule
Military & Air Force Academy moves
As a Military Relocation Professional, I help families moving to the Air Force Academy, Peterson Space Force Base, Schriever and Fort Carson. I know PCS timelines, VA loans and what it takes to buy a home when you're still stationed somewhere else. Military families also get my USAFA Move Kit with the guide.
Relocation wins
Buying from a distance
Most of my relocation clients buy before they arrive. I walk every home for you on a live video tour and point out what photos hide, from the roof to the well to the neighbors’ yard. You'll sign digitally, and I coordinate the lender, inspectors, appraiser and movers so you aren't managing a move from three states away.
Many homes in Monument, Black Forest and on larger lots run on private wells and septic. They need a well flow test and septic inspection on top of the standard inspection. I schedule both early and fold the results into your negotiation.
