Before I was a realtor
Before I became a realtor (which I never planned on becoming), I spent years as a mortgage fraud investigator, underwriter and quality assurance underwriter. My job was to dig through files, question everything and catch the problems nobody else saw.
That work taught me how a transaction really comes together behind the scenes: the appraisal, the lender, the title work, the timelines. There's very little in a home sale I haven't already seen from the other side.
Calm confidence, start to close
Today my clients are busy professionals, physicians, military families and executives who trust me to handle every detail, start to finish, so their lives stay as uninterrupted as possible.
I tell you what I see and what I'd do. I don't guess and I don't overpromise. I price like an underwriter, negotiate as a Master Certified Negotiation Expert, and manage inspections, appraisals and lending before they ever become a problem.
